How quickly are orders processed and shipped?

We do our best to get your orders out in 1-2 business days. Sometimes it may take up to 4 days if you place your order around the holidays or on the weekend. We typically ship with USPS.

My order has not arrived even though the tracking confirms it has. Will you replace it?

Sometimes things can go wrong. We will do our best to work with you to get your order to you. Please contact us as soon as possible, so we can look into the matter on our end.

Do you ship internationally?

At this point we do not ship internationally. Please contact us directly if you are interested in international orders as we will let you know as soon as this becomes available.

Shipping Restrictions: At this point, until further notice, we can not sell hemp-derived CBD products to Idaho, Iowa, Utah, and South Dakota.  

Returns, Refunds and our Money-Back Guarantee. 

We stand behind our products. Accordingly, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 days of delivery and provided you return the original packaging of such products. To return products, please  email our Returns Department at info@uvalcare.com before shipping your product. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Refunds are processed within approximately seven business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON- RETURNABLE.
